Write up a resume of what you have done in your skating. Particularly what awards/competitions you have won or work that you do in that area.





Write up what attention you can get for your sponsors and how you will do it.





The whole point of a company sponsoring you is to earn more money from people who see you and buy their products because of you.


Think of it from their view point to decide what to write up.





Decide on what level of company you can get as a sponsor. The big names want people who can return big time.


Nationaly known people can get sponsorship from whomever they want.


Regionally known people can get sponsorship from the big companies but it is more work.


Local people should start looking at local businesses. If you are a trend setter locally, their name on you can become business for them.

You really need to get yourself out there. Film a lot and put out edits and try to make connections by going to competitions and placing well. If they think you have what it takes, they will come to you.
