Would 54mm 90a wheels work well as anti-rocker wheels for aggressive inline skating?

If you're referring to the grind wheels in the center, I'd recommend buying a smaller wheel and harder. You probably want a 99 or 101 durometer (sp?) wheel so that it doesn't stick on ledges and rails. As for size, mid to low 40's would probably be the best size.
