Is inline skating a good exercise?

My dad said I have to get an exercise to keep my body fit. I don't like playing everyday sports like basketball,badminton, soccer, etc. Wanted to try something different. So is this a good exercise?

Is inline skating a good exercise?
It is fabulous!


As a cardio exercise - it can't be beat - low impact, low strain, lots of fun and you can go ANYWHERE (mostly!).


Once you get in the swing of things, try skating on differing terrain heights (IE: up inclines, stepping up stairs etc.) to vary the workouts and the targeted muscles.


Just remember, with any exercise, you should stretch/ warm-up before you head out and, for the cardio benefits, keep in your target heart-rate for at least 18 - 20 minutes depending on how fit you already are!

Oh, and don't forget the safety equipment - especially the helmet - won't do you any good to be in shape and unable to walk!)

eat fruitssss anytime of the day..


drink green tea it helps burn fat


grape fruit does too


do not eat after 6pm


dont forget the 2litrs of water a day


atleast 1hr of working out (cardio) everyday 7 days a week.. u should workout an hr everyday,,,


Ummm watelse.. eat a fist only of protein.. fish is the best... fish and veggies thats ofcourse lunch......
