I have the following website domain names. I am looking for an idea for what to do with them. My goal is to raise money to buy/build a inline skating rink/skate park.

Build one page sites to contain ads that pay you for linking, related to the URLs you have listed.
For instance, say Nike has a referral plan where they pay you monthly for any clicks from your site to theirs...stick it on the sites that Nike would endorse (of which, they would check your URL).
Advertising = money, a LOT of places have referral plans.
That's what I would do.
Also...do you have some ramps or anything related to your dream park yet? See if you could somehow get someone with a good parking lot to set you up for an aggressive skate, and locally raise funds!
