Yes I can! And so can you. The only difference between doing it on ice and on a dry surface is to be sure your wheels don't touch the ground. Position yourself like you're doing a royale and balance on the sides of your boots to slide. And try learning on as smooth a surface as possible. Indoor parks are great since the ramps are usually covered in skatelite or masonite. You can also do unity cess slides, farv cess slides, the list goes on and on.
