can i wear normal ice hockey pants?

This is my first year of orginized inline hockey. what equipment do i need from helmet to skates?
You will need:


a helmet


a mouth piece


elbow pads


gloves


a cup


inline hockey pants


shin pads


and skates


If you don't already have skates then I would suggest to you getting a pair of Missions or Tours.
Reply:Depends on the league. some dont require chest protectors, but if they require everything youll need:


-helmet w/ cage


-mouthpiece


-Chest protector


- elbow pads


- gloves


- either a GIRDLE or ice hockey pants. (the girdle is less bulky)


- jock strap/ jill strap


- shin pads


- skates

You need inline hockey equipment, VERY IMPORTANT. - from head to toe.





Do not use Ice hockey equipment, you will get so hot and become dehydrated very fast.





Just think, in ice hockey we get hot and sweat incredible amounts of body fluids and we are on ice and its cold.





Imagine in a warm arena without ice...Crazy..You need the the lighter Inline hockey equipment.
